9.     Propositions for rule changes

Spalding HS will propose.

Delete rule 1 in its entirety and insert.

Name & Boundaries.

The federation shall be named Central Federation Peterborough and shall comprise of Racing Pigeon Clubs within the following boundaries.

North : Latitude 53.17.20N                   From longitude 01.00.00W    to    0.05.00E

And

52.55.00N                                From longitude  0.02.30E to 0.05.00E

East:     Longitude 0.02.30E                  From. Latitude 52.55.00N to 52.27.00N

South:  Latitude  52.27.00N                  From longitude 0.02.30.00E      to  01.00.00W

West:    Longitude  01.00.00W               From Latitude 52.27.00N   to   53.17.20N.

4) Secretaries expenses for 2025 season.   ​
5) Treasurers expenses for 2025 season
6) Convoyor expenses  for 2025 season.​ ​(2024:  £240 per race)
7) Loft knock out and Single bird nom for 2025 season, £50 for each winner. Do the members wish to continue.
8) Secretary requests to destroy all paperwork up to December 2021.

4. Letter of complaint received by Dorrington RPC.  (Copy enclosed to all clubs)
5. Appoint convoyor for 2025 season.
6. Race Controller for 2025 season.

7. Race programme 2025 season.    Two programmes received.​
8. Peterborough Central Flying Club propose:

The CFP adopt the Midlands NATIONAL FLYING CLUB race programme into the CFP race programme &    are convoyed & race under MNFC rules for these races.

9. Secretary: proposes averages are to be calculated as below.
• Old birds inland:​ ​All old bird races convoyed by the CFP.
• Channel average: ​All MNFC Races.
• Young bird average:​All young bird races convoyed by the CFP.
• Points trophy: ​​All race convoyed by CFP.
• Combined average: ​All races convoyed by CFP.
10. Birdage charges  2025 ​​

              Proposed by treasurer to remain at:      

(A) Entry fee be 65p plus 5p prizemoney per bird.  = 70p

(B) MNFC entry fee for duplications 20p + 10p prizemoney per bird.  =30p

11. Proposed by Treasurer : ​​Third-party birds convoyed are charged at 65p per bird.

Transport Meeting – Two delegates from each club.Clubsnominated Vice President.

      Fed Officials-   President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer & Auditor.

  • The AGM will be placed on the Website for all to view.
  • Balance sheet will be forwarded when it has been audited. This will only be available by email or post.
